Where exactly can I drink alcohol on Beaches and in Parks?
You're Allowed to Drink Alcohol
In Many Parks and some Beaches.
However, Not Everywhere on the Beaches and in the Parks!
In all 47 Parks in Vancouver where drinking is permitted,
there are areas that still remain off limits to people consuming alcohol.
We don’t want you to get written up by a Ranger for this potential misunderstanding.

if you are seeking clarification about what areas
in the permitted Parks and Beaches remain restricted to drinking alcohol.
